Ten years since the launch of the Brooklyn® range, the Walnut addition features a rick dark blue palette and walnut effect handles. While the Beech addition features a soft color palette and beech wood effect handles. The extremely sharp blades are hollow-ground which means they are difficult to blunt and yet easy to sharpen at home. As always, our non-stick coatings are PFAS and PTFE free.
